Our services are outlined in detail on our services page. We retain full creative control over services provide unless otherwise agreed with specific clients.

Service Agreements & Payment

Use of any IgnitX service constitutes agreement to these terms. Specific services may require additional agreements outlining project details, fees and payment terms. All fees quoted exclude taxes which will be added to invoices where applicable. Payments are due upon receipt of invoice by bank transfer, credit card or other agreed upon methods. Late payments may incur additional fees.

Intellectual Property

All content produced by IgnitX is the intellectual property of ignitX unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients may use such content subject to full payment for services as outlined in any additional agreements.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide all required information, assets, access and cooperation necessary for IgnitX to deliver on requested services. Lack of responsiveness or cooperation resulting in delays may impact project timelines.

Confidentiality

IgnitX will not disclose client confidential information. Client agrees not to disclose intellectual property or confidential information belonging to IgnitX. Exceptions where disclosure may be legally required apply.

Warranties & Liabilities

IgnitX makes no warranties related to an ability to achieve specific marketing results or return on investment related to our services. We provide no guarantee of results or assume liabilities for client business outcomes related to our work. Our total liability is limited to the value of fees paid to IgnitX.

Termination

Either party may terminate an agreement in writing with 30 days notice. Ongoing services will be billed and paid on pro rata basis for work completed at time of termination notice.

Dispute Resolution

We aim to resolve any disputes quickly and efficiently. All disputes shall be resolved via binding arbitration.
